However, this November, we locked ourselves out of our flat, Danielle was at the end of the phone to help us, providing spare keys to allow us access to our home. She was friendly, understanding and reassuring. When renewing our contract, Danielle was happy to discuss our concerns and reassured us that she understood our query and allayed our concerns.
