We recently used CDC to sell our property. We mainly dealt with Ed, who was absolutely brilliant and made the whole process stress free. Have been in a property with charles david casson now for just over a year. Although I have had almost no issues or reason to contact them I returned home from work yesterday to find water leaking from the boiler. 1phone call to them and an engineer was arranged for first thing today and now everything is sorted. The staff cant help enough and are most understanding of the needs of thier tennants and properties very professional service.
