First time I’ve rented out a property and become a landlord, I have to say the process could not have been any easier. I rent my property whilst I live in Australia and I have complete peace of mind. I have received a very personable service and am regularly kept up to date. From the original consultation with the director to the regular contact I have with my property manager, the whole experience is stress free. I can not recommend these guys enough. They charge a fair, competitive rate and work hard for it. I hope to continue dealing with them for years to come.

Recently used CDC to find a tenant for my flat. First time becoming a landlord, but had been recommended on a local Facebook page as being well regarded. Most noticeable thing about CDC is that they are local experts and still have that small business attention to detail of knowing who you are (not just another number!), what the local market is like etc which you don't find very often. Dealt with Jasmyne mostly whose communication was great. Overall I found them to be really friendly and efficient with the property was listed and a tenant found in less than a week. Would use their services again.

Rented from Charles David Casson for a few years. Found the team very helpful and friendly. However, this November, we locked ourselves out of our flat, Danielle was at the end of the phone to help us, providing spare keys to allow us access to our home. She was friendly, understanding and reassuring. When renewing our contract, Danielle was happy to discuss our concerns and reassured us that she understood our query and allayed our concerns. We signed for a further 12 months. Thank you Danielle for all your support!!
