Have been in a property with charles david casson now for just over a year. Although I have had almost no issues or reason to contact them I returned home from work yesterday to find water leaking from the boiler. 1phone call to them and an engineer was arranged for first thing today and now everything is sorted. 4 years ago I moved from London to Chelmsford and i was recommended Charles David Casson to find a room to rent. best recommendation I've ever had! 4 years 3 shared houses later I'm now in a stunning flat thanks to the amazing team! Jasmyne is incredible not just an amazing property manager but such a great person! always willing to listen to a whinge lol.
