Neil and Matt Baldock offer a friendly and efficient service and will go out of their way to satisfy their clients. I discovered this recently, when it was necessary for me, as joint executor of my late father-in-Law's will, to sell a bungalow in Chelmsford. To start with, the company had a fair way of charging for a probate valuation. When it came to selling the bungalow, the process was unbelievably straightforward. It went on the market one day and was sold the next, without a reduction in price. As my wife and I didn’t live locally, the firm held the keys. Matt dealt with the viewings, provided access for the surveyor, etc, and kept us well informed along the way. The whole process was completed in a most efficient manner. I would certainly recommend Charles David Casson for property sales.
