Called up on a Tuesday to enquire about a property, had our reference applications approved and a move-in date by Wednesday! Jasmyne who I spoke to was unbelievably helpful throughout the process (despite my many many phone calls!) and we can look forward to our move knowing that we will be in capable hands.

CDC look after a rental property for us and we have been very impressed. Danielle, in particular, has been extremely helpful and very proactive so I would have no hesitation in recommending their services

Everyone extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent service and fees reasonable. Very useful video updates providing info for landlords. Would definitely recommend them.
