Thanks so much to Ed for 1 having this property on the market and 2 being very responsive even out of work hours, the rush was to push this through before the stamp duty holiday ended, with him, myself and Jinny we all worked hard and completed way before 31st March. 4 years ago I moved from London to Chelmsford and i was recommended Charles David Casson to find a room to rent. best recommendation I've ever had! 4 years 3 shared houses later I'm now in a stunning flat thanks to the amazing team! Jasmyne is incredible not just an amazing property manager but such a great person! always willing to listen to a whinge lol. Macey is fabulous! so helpful and just amazing! they always keep in contact and actually care. Neil and Matt are awsome! I think it being a family run company gives CDC an advantage on corporate companies. theres a genuine care for their tenants which is so hard to find! all the team are brilliant! I really couldnt recommend Charles David Casson for all your property needs more if I tried. Great service, great team, great business. I was in need of relocating fairly quickly and the team managed to deliver a streamlined service which resulted in me moving in within 2 weeks. Communication is key when delivering a service and the CDC staff maintained communication with me throughout the process, resolved all my queries, and explained procedures that I didn't quite understand.

We sold and bought through Charles David Casson and they were awesome. We had some difficulty during the negotiation process and they handled it superbly, I was so glad we had proper agents rather than a DIY service. Their communication was frequent and professional. They gave us great advice throughout. Thanks especially to Alex and Matt who made sure the sale and purchase were a success in really tricky circumstances.

We have used CDC on a number of occasions to both sell and rent houses. We have always been impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge of the housing market. We were particularly impressed by their use and knowledge of Rightmove in order to maximise viewings, it’s not just wack it on there and it sells. Estate Agents have historically been given a bad name but in our experience all at CDC have been helpful throughout the process, including updating us more than our solicitors about the progress of the chain! If you want an agent that will be honest, proactive and efficient then CDC it is, we’d always use them.

Recently used CDC to find a tenant for my flat. First time becoming a landlord, but had been recommended on a local Facebook page as being well regarded. Most noticeable thing about CDC is that they are local experts and still have that small business attention to detail of knowing who you are (not just another number!), what the local market is like etc which you don't find very often. Dealt with Jasmyne mostly whose communication was great. Overall I found them to be really friendly and efficient with the property was listed and a tenant found in less than a week. Would use their services again.

First time I’ve rented out a property and become a landlord, I have to say the process could not have been any easier. I rent my property whilst I live in Australia and I have complete peace of mind. I have received a very personable service and am regularly kept up to date. From the original consultation with the director to the regular contact I have with my property manager, the whole experience is stress free. I can not recommend these guys enough. They charge a fair, competitive rate and work hard for it. I hope to continue dealing with them for years to come.

This realestate agency was the selling agent. I had a really positive experience. They were responsive, polite, due diligent and reliable. Helped with everything from communication with the seller to sorting out details during the sale. I would certainly recommend them.

We had nothing but outstanding service from Les Hack as our estate agent. He has a level of sincerity and integrity often lacking in the industry. He did a wonderful job of taking photos of our property and really understood the features that would sell it. He secured a great price for our house and looked out for us as a vendor. If I could rate higher than 5*s I would.
