Thanks so much to Ed for 1 having this property on the market and 2 being very responsive even out of work hours, the rush was to push this through before the stamp duty holiday ended, with him, myself and Jinny we all worked hard and completed way before 31st March. Jinny was also a massive help too and I appreciate every phone call and email. The personal touch of popping round with a card and some nice biscuits was also very much appreciated!
