Recently used CDC to find a tenant for my flat. First time becoming a landlord, but had been recommended on a local Facebook page as being well regarded. Most noticeable thing about CDC is that they are local experts and still have that small business attention to detail of knowing who you are (not just another number!), what the local market is like etc which you don't find very often. Dealt with Jasmyne mostly whose communication was great. Overall I found them to be really friendly and efficient with the property was listed and a tenant found in less than a week.
