We have used CDC on a number of occasions to both sell and rent houses. We have always been impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge of the housing market. We were particularly impressed by their use and knowledge of Rightmove in order to maximise viewings, it’s not just wack it on there and it sells. Estate Agents have historically been given a bad name but in our experience all at CDC have been helpful throughout the process, including updating us more than our solicitors about the progress of the chain! If you want an agent that will be honest, proactive and efficient then CDC it is, we’d always use them.

First time I’ve rented out a property and become a landlord, I have to say the process could not have been any easier. I rent my property whilst I live in Australia and I have complete peace of mind. I have received a very personable service and am regularly kept up to date. From the original consultation with the director to the regular contact I have with my property manager, the whole experience is stress free. I can not recommend these guys enough. He did a wonderful job of taking photos of our property and really understood the features that would sell it. He secured a great price for our house and looked out for us as a vendor. If I could rate higher than 5*s I would.

CDC took over management of my property when they merged with my previous property manager, and at first by nature I was a little unsure of my affairs being handled by an organisation I hadn't researched myself beforehand. An extremely positive experience as a landlord. Charles David Casson(CDC) sourced a very suitable tenant and as a company they have worked hard to iron out some minor niggles with my property which has totally removed the burden from me. Recently used CDC to find a tenant for my flat. First time becoming a landlord, but had been recommended on a local Facebook page as being well regarded. Most noticeable thing about CDC is that they are local experts and still have that small business attention to detail of knowing who you are (not just another number!), what the local market is like etc which you don't find very often. Dealt with Jasmyne mostly whose communication was great. Overall I found them to be really friendly and efficient with the property was listed and a tenant found in less than a week. Would use their services again.
