I walked into Farrell Heyworth Highfield Road as a first time buyer with a deposit and an idea of what kind of house I wanted. I had no idea about the intricacies of house buying and all the things I would need. Debbie and the team at the front desks were amazing. They helped me find suggestions, emailing and calling me with new ones on the market and being amazingly helpful when showing us around. Eventually the perfect house was found and our bid was accepted but the help didn't stop there. Firstly, Chris in the back office helped me to find an amazing mortgage deal and insurance to keep my family safe and secure. Secondly all the team were always quick to answer all the panicked phone calls and emails that I sent as a first time buyer to guide me through every step of the way from finding the house to getting the keys. Then they had follow up care making sure we were settling in alright! They are all kind, patient, utterly professional and dedicated to helping you. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

I have bought a few houses from this office and always deal with Steve and Wayne. We have built up a good relationship over the past 12 months and ive found them to be always professional and their knowledge of the market is second to none. I would definitely use them when it comes to selling my properties

Currently looking to purchase and have had the dealings with several of the estate agents in and around blackpool. We have had several viewings with kate who is a lovely lady and very helpful and extremely pleasent wether in person or on the telephone and has been of great help to us. We have also dealt with wayne too and found that if they say they will call you then they do, which is something lacking with other agents. As yet we haven’t found the “right” property for us but are hopeful something will turn up.
