I am from out of the area and within the next year I am looking to move over to St.Annes. I took last weekend off to visit the town and the local estate agents in the area. My daughter is looking for her first home and we were reccomened by Farrell heyworth by mutual friends. She saw a house that she liked and she went into the branch on Saturday to get details and potentially view it. The girl in the office ( we think she called kate) was extremely welcoming and was very accommodating with the viewing, booking us in after opening times so we could all view it as a family. We then got a call in the morning of the viewing to confirm the times and that it was definitely going ahead. The lady turned up at the viewing and let us in and let us have a look round the house at our own pace and time. She made us feel very comfortable considering this viewing was in her own time. She answered all our questions and informed us of the process of buying a house which no other estate agent has explained to my daughter. Compared to other agents she was efficent friendly and very accommodating. We loved the house that much we even placed an offer there and then. Hopefully our offer will be accepted and therefore look forward to my daughter dealing with the Blackpool team on the purchase of her first property.

Nick Gregson the mortgage adviser. and all the staff team were fantastic. We have just bought a corporate property, and having to complete within 4 weeks was extremely scary, but the team pulled it off for us. Nick secured the mortgage within days and had the funds ready to draw down with plenty of time to spare. He made sure I was offered the best deal available, and took on board everything I asked for. The staff worked extremely hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly, they were always professional and courteous every time we phoned. They allowed us to have 3 viewing on the property to ensure no damaged had been done. I can not thank Nick and the staff team at Farrell Heyworth enough for all their help. I would recommend them to anyone.
