The company I work for needed an agent located on the Fylde Coast so I contacted agents in the area. At F.H my enquiry was answered by Sarah Mayson. Of the people I had contacted so far - my opinion was that Sarah would be the best choice. I wasn't wrong - in fact she was brilliant !!!! She delivered on providing amazing tenants, throughout the process she kept us updated and was happy to provide guidance when asked. Went with farrell heyworth to sell our house and after 2 months of little interest I asked them to look into why. We reduced the price a little and within 3 days we had an offer and multiple viewings booked in. Cannot thank Katie enough for picking up our sale when I phoned up, doing all she could to help us and working with us to get what we wanted. Stephen was also great at giving us all the info and coming out to us promptly. Would recommend!

Sarah Mayson (Lettings) has been fantastic from start to finish in our home we rented for circa 5 years. Nothing was ever to big an ask or too small or silly. Sarah has helped us find our new property as we wanted to find somewhere bigger and suitable for a family home. Sarah took all the pain away ensuring it was smooth effortless journey from start to finish. Sarah Mason is a credit to Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys. She has helped us with letting our flats over the last couple of years. Her knowledge of the industry and local area is excellent.
