This is what an Estate Agent should be!!! Highly Recommended
Its very rare that I review anyone or anything. Its even rarer that I review a company that I am not using or employing myself directly. The reason for this review is simple. Without a shadow of a doubt Charles Carr deserve full recognition for a job extremely well done! I'm not a fan of Estate Agents and the Agent I have used for this move has disappointed me and will not be getting a review! All the staff at Charles Carr are extremely friendly and you feel like they actually know their jobs. I've been to properties where clearly the agents knows absolutely nothing about the house they are supposed to be selling which is off putting at best. Where Charles Carr excel though is in their after sales. I dealt mainly with Louise Carr. She was quite simply excellent! In fact our purchase of the house nearly fell through when the chain fell apart,. Louise did everything she could to keep her vendors happy until we sourced another buyer for our property. Louise went above and beyond herself throughout the whole process. She was in contact with my solicitor, my buyers solicitor, my estate agent and of course myself.. Her consistent clear, communication was invaluable. As everyone knows moving house is stressful enough and we feel that Louise Carr has striven to get us through it with vigor and pace and quite frankly was the only person I could rely on when my solicitor and my estate agent let me down. If I ever decide to move again I would use Charles Carr in a heartbeat but hopefully after this stressful move it will be quite a wile before I do this all again. James Palethorpe

Lovely property agent who kept us sane!
Lauren was fantastic for months while we searched for our home. She kept us sane through a really stressful process and was always in contact with new properties on the market and great advice. I will recommend her to anyone looking for buying or selling advice. Thanks Lauren and Charles Carr!!

Fantastic support amazing agent LOUISE
We have had a long house sale going on with now ready for completion. (No fault of the agents) Louise has been absolutely fantastic and always replied to my messages so quickly. Sorted out problems we occurred straight away. Louise was friendly supportive and very professional and we couldn’t of asked for anymore from her. Top class agent !!

Charles Carr review
As a house seller / buyer over the last few months, my wife and I have nothing but thanks and praise for Charles Carr and their staff in the Bitterne Southampton branch. We have had good service from other agents but by far the best and most personal service we received was from Charles Carr from Jamie and Ali and special thanks must go to Lauren who as always been extremely helpful to us even on days off / evenings

An excellent agent
We were looked after by Alia, who was helpful, responsive and offered some brilliant insights into the local market - all of which was invaluable in our search. She was always available to answer our questions, even responding to emails late at night or early in the morning and would often go out of her way to arrange viewings or move them as circumstances dictated. Charles Carr themselves are one of the few agents who actually listen to your requirements and send you relevant properties. Their low pressure approach and excellent local knowledge means we would gladly look to use them in the future.

A Big Thank You
Buying and selling a house is always a stressful endeavour, however I’ve been well looked after by the team at Charles Carr throughout the process of buying my home. Despite a few setbacks and issues (through no fault of Charles Carr) the team were always on hand to take calls and emails from me, explain things in detail and get to the bottom of any given situation with professionalism and sensitivity. Making the whole experience feel more personal, less stressful and giving me the reassurance I needed. If I decide to sell in the future you’ll be my first choice for sure! A Special thank you to Alia and Louise for both going the extra mile and keeping my sanity in check!
