We were looked after by Alia, who was helpful, responsive and offered some brilliant insights into the local market - all of which was invaluable in our search. She was always available to answer our questions, even responding to emails late at night or early in the morning and would often go out of her way to arrange viewings or move them as circumstances dictated. Charles Carr themselves are one of the few agents who actually listen to your requirements and send you relevant properties.
