Excellent
I am currently in the process of purchesing my first property and have found Sophie Botto from Charles Carr estate agents to be very professional. She helped me get the property I wanted and supported me by negotiating with the vendor and helped me to find a solicitor. A very professional young man!
Jordan from Charles Carr, has, in our opinion, acted in a very professional manner so far during the beginning of our journey to buy a new home. He has been patient and thorough during our viewings, and, thus far, has done his utmost to keep us informed of all that is happening. agent Louise Carr
Louise was the only person to help us when we had a major crisis, and only on her second day. . She delved into the problem , spoke to the solicitors and came back to me with a resolution. After that she rang consistently with updates through to exchange. I have no doubt she saved the day and was extremely professional and we even had a laugh. Thank you so much.

Thank you Becky
As first time buyers we really didn't know what to expect but Becky made us feel so comfortable during our viewings. She was really patient, not pushy and always so positive and professional. It is obvious how passionate Becky feels about finding people a special home. Becky was an amazing communicater even replying outside of the normal working hours to support us. I used this firm to sell a property which was diificult to sell. I dealt with a sales negotiator called Lloyd who supported the sale in the most professional way. He went the extra mile and was always available. I thoroughly recommend this firm.

The best estate agent I've dealt with by far!
I've viewed dozens of properties over the past couple of months, been messed about on many occasions by many different estate agents. Jordan has been honest and followed up everything to ensure I'm getting what i want. Although I may not get a property through these guys, they really have shown me how an estate agent should operate. A class above the rest.
