Amazing service from Rebekah who managed to sell our property and found our onward purchase. We are very happy with the outcome. She was very professional and made our experience stress free! Good communication between all the staff we dealt with at Charles Carr and would highly recommend.

Faultless service from Samantha Storrar and everyone I dealt with at Charles Carr. Great communication and very friendly.
Anna Iliyanou, is the lady who had been helping me secure a rental unit and wanted something extra and didn’t pertain to this rental but have gone out of her way to help me achieve my needs for this facility. I am vey happy they there are still some very professional and knowledgeable people in this field that still cares for people’s needs . This employer is very fortunate to have people like this working for this company.. Thank you, Anna Iliyanou . Mr. K.V.
Charles Carr were excellent, very proactive on the ball and secured a quick sale Good work all around
I found Samatha to be very helpful and knowledgeable in regard to the property I was viewing I didn’t feel pressured in anyway which I have experienced with other agents in the past and I was also made to feel that she was working with me as a pose to against me me in regard to the sale again I have had bad experiences of this with other agents in the past all round from start to finish of the process I was very pleased and satisfied with the level help and customer service I revived during the sale
We are exceedingly happy with the service we have received from Charles Carr in the sale of our flat. We are very grateful to Louise for the efforts she has made on our behalf and we have particularly appreciated the high level of contact we have received and Louise's willingness to answer questions and clarify points whenever we raise them. Louise has made efforts to make herself available whenever we have called and we have never been left for lengths of time waiting for her to come back to us. This has helped to make an otherwise stressful process much more manageable and we really appreciate this. Thank you very much. We would recommend Louise and Charles Carr in the future to family and friends who are selling or purchasing property
