So far... So good
Unlike my experience of other estate agents, Charles Carr seemed to genuinely want to sell me the property and made me feel valued as a buyer. Easy to get viewings and although it is still early days in the purchasing process so far.. so good.

Friendly and Knowledgable

Look no further
My brother and I would like to whole hardheartedly thank Lloyd Westall and his team at Charles Carr for their thoroughly professional and personal approach and application during the sale of our mothers' property. As executors of our late mothers' estate, we have been very impressed.with the professionalism demonstrated by this team. Whilst we approached three estate agents to handle the sale of her house, Lloyd was the only one to hand deliver his quote, and on the same day. He was the only one to follow up on his submission. We were convinced by his realistic, understated and quietly confident demeanor.. But this is very well tempered with a steely determination to provide a complete service. Neither my brother or I live in Southampton. He went above and beyond the usual expectations by carrying out drive-by's/inspections of the empty property and reporting back. He provided expert advice when it came to presenting the house for sale and we dressed it accordingly. He and the team carried out several open days and arranged for a very high level of attendance by prospective buyers. We had several offers within two weeks and accepted an increased offers by the third week. The offer had been increased after Lloyd had weaved some magic. We would thoroughly recommend Charles Carr, and in particular Lloyd Westall and the team, for their positive and practical outlook which had a hugely significant impact on an excellent result.

Always kept informed excellent service from Becky

Good welcome
I was given a warm welcome by the team esspecially Becki Cummings . She listened to me . We went for some house viewing .Becki was very professional and had a positive attitude . I put an offer in on a property which was accepted .very pleased with the service received so far

Louise has been great!

Outstanding Start to finish
