A Big Thank You

Buying and selling a house is always a stressful endeavour, however I’ve been well looked after by the team at Charles Carr throughout the process of buying my home. Despite a few setbacks and issues (through no fault of Charles Carr) the team were always on hand to take calls and emails from me, explain things in detail and get to the bottom of any given situation with professionalism and sensitivity. Making the whole experience feel more personal, less stressful and giving me the reassurance I needed. If I decide to sell in the future you’ll be my first choice for sure!
