The worst estate agents I have ever collaborated with. They kept part of my deposit even when I left the property spotless clean and in perfect condition. Additionally, they refused to replace my broken chairs. These were broken before I moved in and were highlighted on the inventory but they still have not replaced them.
Very disappointed with the service I recieved. First, I am spoken to rudely by the women on the phone, who constantly tried to catch me out, despite my best efforts to reassure her that I am in full time employment. She also repeatedly reiterates she does not have time for us if we are time wasters, and that we won't be able to reschedule our viewing if we can't make it. Then, we take time out of work (only weekdays 9-5 is available) to attend this viewing, only to get there and find out that the viewings been cancelled? I received a confirmation email and text the day before however, I did not receive a so called cancellation that I was supposed to get apparently. Not happy at all
Terrible agency. The worst I've ever been with, and the flat was the worst I've ever lived in. Poor properties, rude staff who tell lies, won't fix problems. Major is the ultimate money grabber. Don't expect to get your deposit back from this sham of an agency. I wonder how much money you've made yourselves from not giving deposits back? This agency should be closed down, scammers! I cannot for the life of me understand the 5 star reviews when I had such an awful time with this company! The only 5 star reviews you get are from landlords and that's probably because your helping them screw money out of their tenants! I was asked to make a review of Belovoir by the lovely Belvoir rep Jonathan. But I informed him i felt it best not to because I wasn't happy with certain parts of service and i didn't want to judge a company after only few weeks. After 11 months I still wouldn't recommend this branch of Belvoir.( Belvoir Liverpools branch I was so impressed with hence I was very excited to work with Birmingham) Slow to respond to disrepair that are urgent . Forced to get fire services involved who had kindly intervened. Fire men had same issue getting help with customer service as I did. They were kind enough to offer there names and number incase if further help if needed because they themselves had such a difficult time to reach customer service. Manager mahil - I can only echo what other clients has said in regards to how Mahil deals with clients. Doesn't take constructive criticism very well unfortunately. Pros: very quick to fix contracts and allow you to move in. Paper work went through very smoothly. Great company to use if you don't need any repairs to the apartment. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for myself. I'm yet to move out of the apartment so unsure as to how smoothly that process will be. Overall ,improvements necessary. Do NOT deal with this agency. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I let a property through them and it was in a very dirty state when I moved in; when we questioned this their manager proceeded to verbally abuse and shout at us and refused to help with any way. He was the most intimidating and horrible person I have met in my entire life. They then charged us for cleaning at the end of the tenancy when we left it in a much better state than when we moved in. The fire alarms did not work when we moved in which is a massive safety issue, and overall the whole letting experience was really disappointing. We did not try to take the issues further as the so called manager is quite frankly terrifying and clearly has some serious anger issues. I am very happy to have finally wiped my hands of this agency; please do not make the same mistake we made and avoid avoid AVOID letting any property through them.
Wouldn't even give it a one star but had to in order to leave review. I would like to state how disappointed I am with the service I receive from Belvoir. The service has gone downhill. I notice there is a very high staff turnover which I believe has contributed to my dissatisfaction. The individuals working there right at this present moment in time, are rude, obnoxious, condescending and ignorant. The service is point blank disgusting on so many levels. Previously I have dealt with Charlie, Sinead, Poppy, Charleen and Dey and they have always been pleasant courteous and appreciative. But through the grapevine, the way their director, namely Baljinder Kaur Mahil, treats her staff is no wonder they do not stick around for long!!!

URGENT: avoid if you're a tenant. As you can see the five star reviews are from the landlords and property owners. They will literally harass and stress you out.
