In a reply to your review we believe that these are false/fabricated accusations and comments as there is no evidence to show or demonstrate that you were a current or ex tenant that said, all deposits are protected in line with the Tenancy Deposit rules and any disputes can be raised formally and fairly in line with the TDS scheme. As a direct result of your comments we believe this is a fake review / account as here at Belvoir Birmingham we aim to deliver the best levels of customer service and also that we are heavily regulated by the property Ombudsman and National approved lettings scheme we treat all of our customers in a open, honest and transparent manner. Thankfully all our other five star reviews are indeed genuine and this account seems it has only been setup recently and no other reviews have taken place from this account.
