Do NOT deal with this agency. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I let a property through them and it was in a very dirty state when I moved in; when we questioned this their manager proceeded to verbally abuse and shout at us and refused to help with any way. He was the most intimidating and horrible person I have met in my entire life. They then charged us for cleaning at the end of the tenancy when we left it in a much better state than when we moved in. The fire alarms did not work when we moved in which is a massive safety issue, and overall the whole letting experience was really disappointing. We did not try to take the issues further as the so called manager is quite frankly terrifying and clearly has some serious anger issues. I am very happy to have finally wiped my hands of this agency; please do not make the same mistake we made and avoid avoid AVOID letting any property through them.

We are sorry to learn you must revert to leaving a review without an honest overview of the truth. We note you was in a joint tenancy under the Assured Shorthold tenancy at 10B Victoria Works. At no point was the staff at Belvoir rude or verbally abusive that is not our nature to do so, and to read you mention word “manager” yet have no name of person you have spoken to which we believe is totally fabricated. You moved into the property and were in situ for over a year, so surprised with your comments which just seem very unfounded as a detailed inventory would have been taken on move in and it’s clear to see the property was of a high standard. The deposit is protected under the regulated government scheme which cannot be released until all parties agree. It is further noted you did not object to deductions of cleaning costs to be claimed, which certainly brings into note the credibility of the fabricated comments. We also have call recording of your partner which we will disclosing here to demonstrate how angry/rude he was when he was asked kindly to return the keys on vacating the property. Belvoir are heavily regulated by UKALA and property Ombudsman and we will be of course contacting legal team for defamatory comments made by you Ellen.

Wouldn't even give it a one star but had to in order to leave review. I would like to state how disappointed I am with the service I receive from Belvoir. The service has gone downhill. I notice there is a very high staff turnover which I believe has contributed to my dissatisfaction. The individuals working there right at this present moment in time, are rude, obnoxious, condescending and ignorant. The service is point blank disgusting on so many levels. Previously I have dealt with Charlie, Sinead, Poppy, Charleen and Dey and they have always been pleasant courteous and appreciative. But through the grapevine, the way their director, namely Baljinder Kaur Mahil, treats her staff is no wonder they do not stick around for long!!!

URGENT: avoid if you're a tenant. As you can see the five star reviews are from the landlords and property owners. They will literally harass and stress you out.

Unprofessional,If you book viewing for their property make sure you call them to double check if they have let the property already because they won't notify you.

As you must appreciate within the lettings market there is a huge demand for city centre apartments at the moment and the team here at Belvoir! are doing their upmost best to endeavour to cope with the demands of bookings and updating our websites on a regular basis, however time to time there will be delays in getting the various portals updated and sincerely apology if this has caused any inconvenience. They are not professional and deceive tenants and have unusual clause in their rent contracts. Also they took money from the my deposit and said we deducted for cleaning however it is not correct. Highly unprofessional

Dear Kirsty, We are sorry to learn that you have had to revert to social media platform in reference to Section 21 notice be served to you today for vacant possession of the property at Melton Avenue, as you are aware the vendor unfortunately passed away and were instructed to sell the property on behalf of the family as they needed to sell due to financially constraints (which you were fully aware of) as you kindly assisted us with viewings. However on serving the section 21 notice you have called the office and it is noted that you were rude to the office staff and we take zero tolerance on abuse received in the office or by telephone, and please note all our calls are recorded, you made several threats of calling our head office, we have merely acted upon the instructions of our vendor client who’s partner as you know deceased and as the property is sold to first time buyer this is why legal notice has been served to you today.
