Worst agency out there I would never in a million year recommend. Wouldn't belive if I told u mine reasonings . Stay away from them and I will share my story to anyone

Absolutely unprofessional estate agent as he didnt have the keys to the property and came 5 minutes late and eventually woke up tenants by phoning every number on the building to get in whilst having 4 viewers waiting to view the flat at the same damn time. Phoned the agency just to let them know but got told im looking for an argument!? Unbelievably rude over the phone and tried calling me back after cutting the phone call when he started screaming in my ear!!

Hi Khalil, We are sorry to learn of your experience here - unfortunately slight minimal delays do happen in terms of viewings due to certain circumstances at times but we do always try to be as on time and prompt as possible. Avoid at all costs. Do not interact with them. They hide reviews on Google based on their liking.

Very poor customer service. Had booked viewing and no one show up, nor cancel. Wast of time and Uber money.

Hi Agnieszka, The viewing would have been cancelled due to the property being let - you would have been informed this via third party booking system which you used to book the initial appointment - you even called to be informed of this over the phone also. Thanks.

BE CAREFUL! Very poor service as they will book an appointment with you and not turn up or cancel at the last minute even after confirming it with you a day before . Also when you call up, the person on the phone is very rude and does not know how to communicate. I wouldn’t believe what they say even Tho it’s in writing

Hi Umer, It is a shame you feel the need to leave this review - your viewing was cancelled with a few hours notice as the property did in fact let over the weekend. As it is a fast moving rental market within the City Centre these scenarios do happen. This was explained to you but unfortunately you decided to hang the phone up. Thanks.

staff were nice yet disorganised up until after we signed the letting agreement then they couldnt care less and were very rude, never did get the furniture put in that we were promised before signing, glad to not have to deal with them

Unprofessional and not respecting people. I had a view and who made the view for me was very rude with me and treated me in very bad way, I didn’t understand if this disrespect or discrimination but absolutely if it was for free i will not take it. I called the company and let them know what happened no one even apologized to me for being treated in this way. Not recommended at all, very disappointed experience.

Hi Dina, Further to your review we would like to take this opportunity to advise that at all times our negotiators at appointments do have IT app that monitors what is said at the viewings and if you care to email us at birminghamcentral@belvoir.co.uk we can send this across, it is further noted you was in property with three other viewers at the time and at no stage have the other viewers complained about the staff member and it is very further you appear to be demanding items to be fixed or replaced and the staff member was merely explaining the reasons why items can not be changed, at the same point we have fully investigated this with other viewers who were in the same room and they advise the staff member was kind and considerate during the viewing stage and Belvoir do not discriminate whatsoever.

I am editing my review as I am being threatened with legal proceedings and bombarded with emails . This is an account of what happened: 1. Major Mahil showed me 3 flats over a 2 week period . I asked if the one we had booked to view was smaller than the others and he turned on me calling me a time waster 2. When looking at property we were a group herded in and out with no time to look properly or ask questions before the next “ group” was shown 3 . I called about a flat that has been let ( was unaware at the time ) was told if I paid more rent we could discuss . 4. I offended Mr Mahil and was asked to apologise and withdraw my review . I said I would get back to him pending advice and 30 mins later he threatened me with a lawsuit with people he “has known 20 years “ . These threats and inability to act professionally has effected me so I will also be seeking advice
