The worst estate agents I have ever collaborated with. They kept part of my deposit even when I left the property spotless clean and in perfect condition. Additionally, they refused to replace my broken chairs. These were broken before I moved in and were highlighted on the inventory but they still have not replaced them.

Dear Emanuel,
We are sorry to learn you are unhappy with the decision in reference to your deposit and the amount / deductions claimed.
All deposits are protected in line with the Tenancy Deposit rules and any disputes can be raised formally and fairly in line with the TDS scheme, which I believe you are in the process of doing as such we will submit all our check out reports and also ensure there is transparency when it comes to dealing with the evidence we need to submit on your landlords behalf so at no stage have we kept your deposit as lawfully we have to protect this within one of the government deposit schemes and you were provided all this information when you initially moved in. We aim to deliver the best levels of customer service and also that we are heavily regulated by the property Ombudsman and National approved lettings scheme we treat all of our customers in an open, honest and transparent manner.. All complaints are taken seriously here at Belvoir Birmingham and we can refer you to our online complaints procedure if you would like to make a genuine complaint.
