very impolite staffs plus very poor service. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had! Stay away from them!

I wish I could give them 0 star!!!!! A highly unprofessional and irresponsible real estate agent. I had an appointment to view a property at 12:45 PM, and they even emailed me at 10:30 AM to confirm and asked me to arrive on time. I was even 20 minutes early but when the time came, nobody showed up. 10 minutes later I called them and they just simply said they canceled the appointment. Yes! just told me they cancelled it without any reason, as if it didn’t matter at all. And they didn’t even bother to notify me by a single message! I asked if they can reschedule it but they told me to rebook online myself. Then I made a second call to make a complain. They used the same lousy excuse they've used in response to other negative reviews, saying their agent was stuck in traffic. Come on! your agent was already running late and still couldn't be bothered to notify me and just canceled the appointment on their own???? Do you think that's a reasonable excuse? Any responsible agent would never provide the kind of service you do. A terrible experience ever, and I will definitely never deal with them again.

The Belvoir has the worst service attitude. The staff scheduled an apartment viewing and left me waiting in the rain for half an hour, only to ask if I could reschedule to 11am next day/ when I showed up the next morning. They flat-out denied agreeing to the appointment, Giving the excuse that it was Friday and they didn’t want to work(funny, lazy). They sarcastically suggested I look elsewhere, saying they didn’t need my bussinese. If you are looking for a stable and suitable property quickly, avoid this agency. They won’t offer you any help and will make your experience terrible. As a foreigner living in the Birmingham for 7 years/ this has been the worst rental agency experience I have ever had.

Hi there, I just had a “ viewing for a flat, Vicarage rd“ where I was supposed to not be late 1min obviously, and guess what??? The agent that was supposed to show me the flat wasn’t even there to show me the flat - he was in "traffic" and didn't even have the good sense/manners to announce in advance by email/text that he wouldn't be present, he texted me super late and guess what? - he told me to knock on the neighbor's window and bother him to open the door of my house ( if that neighbor was not at home/or if that neighbor had children sleeping?!). I’ve been calling him and he was so disrespectful and unprofessional!!!! - I also don’t tolerate this type of behaviour and disrespect for my time! That unprofessional agent left the apartment open, why should you get paid for a viewing if you didn't show up?! Excuse me?? What on Earth - just let me know that you will not be there to show me around so I will not bother either to come there and see that disgusting and bad smelling flat with bin bags in front of the door!!!! I’m such a nice and calm person but this type of “ professionalism “ nobody should tolerate! People- This is the worst agency ever - waste of diesel, money and time. The flat was disgusting dirty aswell and the agent rude and disrespectful!!! Avoid Belvoir agency!!!!

Hi Elena, Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances our negotiator attending the appointment was stuck in heavy traffic hence the slightly delayed appointment however on the telephone call we note you did shout at us and Belvoir do take zero tolerance on abusive behaviour and the office did also receive text messages from you which consisted of words such as “garbage”... the option we gave you that the neighbour has the key to the apartment who kindly left the apartment door open so you could then proceed to view which we note you did so which ensured you would not have a wasted journey, the property was clean and tidy, we are sorry for the agent not making the appointment but we took all necessary steps to try and find amicable solution here.

Booked the viewing and got there ON TIME (even 5 mins in advance). We were standing in front of the buliding but had to wait for 10 mins, then a man came and told us we were late and should not be treated respectfully which means we were not allowed to view. WHAT A JOKE PLZ? Please note: DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY REPLY, THEY ARE NOT TELLING TRUTH. He is the rudest person I have ever met in this beautiful country. Update: Tried to put a picture evdience here but was called by them and asked to delete (of course with rude words beyond what I can bear). Had to do that because I DO NOT WANNA GET ANY PHONE CALL FROM THIS AGENT ANY MORE.

Hi Emily, We note you have left a duplicate review with Syndia Wu - upon arrival at the property you did get in touch with the office who did in fact inform you of where to go in order to view the property. It was then relayed that you was both rude to our negotiator who by the time you did meet him, had to move on due to the diaries being fully booked and with us operating on tight schedules. It was noted you did take a photo of the negotiator's car and uploaded this on to google which is an invasion of privacy - you was politely asked to remove this and did so. Our phone calls are recorded and at no point was there any use of 'rude words'.

A terrible rental experience! Thankfully, we hadn't paid for the apartment yet. We arrived at the apartment building at the agreed time but didn't know which staff showing us the place was, so we waited there. After almost 10 minutes, I called the agency, and their colleague said the person was still on the way. During this time, we saw three people going into the building for a viewing, and later we found out that the agent we were supposed to meet was showing the apartment to those other clients and ignored us. He even accused us of being late and preventing the viewing from happening. I advise anyone looking to rent a place to avoid this agency!

Awful customer service rude and aggressive!

Agents didnt show up for a viewing, they claimed I wasnt on the list, lol. Made a complaint, got a call from Belvoir with the man on the phone threatening to rip my head off etc. At their office a man aggressively marched towards me, threatened to beat me up. He had to be restrained by 3 female staff.

Hi Bomo, We note this is the second time you have left a review with the exact same words. We take a zero tolerance policy in the office in regards to abuse to staff members. Furthermore our office does not hold 'three' female staff.
