One of the worst property agency i have had to deal with so far. Moved in a month ago and i was told all the issues within the property would be fixed. Before i paid for the deposit and rent the responses were prompt and very professional. Once i paid everything i have had to wait weeks after following up multiple times for a response. The property was not cleaned when i moved in and some trash from previous tenant was still in the property. Have been to the office multiple times and behaviour of some of the staff is extremely unprofessional. These people do not care about you all they care about is money and that is not how you run a business. If your tenants are not happy you have failed as a property company. Extremely bad experience and the issues still keep racking up with no sign of anything being fixed soon. For your own sake, stay away from them unless they figure out how to treat tenants that are paying and how to provide maintenance. I wish i didnt have to write this review but the promises made to me were not fulfilled and so far seems like nothings going to be fixed anytime soon.

The worst!!
Overall, our experience renting with Belvoir Birmingham Central was positive. Ross Oakley was particularly helpful in facilitating a smooth conclusion to our contract. However, upon moving out, we encountered an issue with our deposit return. Despite leaving the apartment in a clean condition, we were informed of a deduction of £210 for deep cleaning. Initially, the quoted amount was £180, but after requesting a detailed breakdown of the costs and not receiving a response, the deduction was increased without further explanation. I attempted to negotiate a fairer amount to avoid a dispute, and was assured that the matter would be looked into, but unfortunately, my subsequent emails and calls went unanswered till after we received an email from the scheme with the increased charges . This was disappointing and I would advise future tenants to be mindful of potential deductions upon moving out.
So glad major finally divorced that witch bal. Never met anyone so vile. Well done major. All the best everyone
Honestly so bad. I was cold to do a viewing at 4:30 and no one decided to show up concierge for half an hour and still no one is picking up. absolutely disgusting behaviour.
I unfortunately signed a lease without peeking at Google reviews, a mistake I deeply regret. Belvoir’s behaviour was less than honest, laced with power moves that left me feeling more than just a little bit cheated. My later experiences were particularly disheartening, echoed by reviews that brand them as "bullies" and dishonest. One example: after moving out, I received a demand for daily rent for every day I did not return a mistakenly held communal door key and building fob. (We did not have access to the flat.) They claimed this was preventing the next tenant from moving in, yet the property remained unoccupied and listed for another month and a half. I went in and spoke to them in person, and this was not the standard procedure that Reiss was not following. This episode alone was one of the many experiences I had to sour my opinion of Belvoir, and I feel compelled to warn others. In a difficult market for tenants that seems to reward poor customer service and care , Belvoir’s level of incompetence and unpleasantness is something to be wary of. There were many examples of the above that I will continue to add on over the next few weeks. They have simply been an incredibly frustrating company to work with. Edit: I did not in the end have to pay for the daily rate in fairness to Major. However, I still just hand an awful experience with them and their service which still demand such a low review. Please do believe the other reviews, just not mine, and in some cases even their responses to reviews tell you a lot about the company and how they are run.
