We have just finished an 18 month tenancy with Zest and it really has been a pleasure the whole way through! The lady who conducted our viewing (afraid I can't remember her name now!) was so enthusiastic about our beautiful top floor flat and made the signing up process very straightforward. We were also helped to arrange for some of the pre-existing furniture to be put into storage so we could squeeze some of our bits in which was really appreciated in a furnished flat! The flat was in a great condition and we were really impressed with the check-in and inventory process which was so thorough and meant there were no problems when we left. When we found our new place (had to buy at some point and were very sad to leave!) Natalie Giles was particularly brilliant! We had to leave before our official tenancy ended and she helped us find new tenants in 1 week which obviously helped us massively and kept us fully informed the whole way through. On check out, we were again fully in the loop and very happy with the fair way in which wear and tear to the flat was treated. At a time of great emotional stress it was a joy to have Zest find us a place to live. From the first phone call to the final move in they have been nothing but friendly, caring and so helpful. Compared to other agents in the area, one never even made an effort, Zest were equal to none. They may only be a small independent company but they did the job for us. I am in a student let and zest took over being letting agent from our previous agency. We had numerous problems with the previous agent, however since transferring to zest a couple of months ago, we have had new fire alarms, windows fixed, boiler fixed, bathroom re tiled, guttering fixed, oven fixed, wall repainted, locks on doors, new hoover, new sockets put in and the garden has been completely turned around. Really helpful and never feel like I am bothering them with all the problems we had, also everything is done so quickly and we are always kept in the know. Would highly recommend have made over living experience 100x better!

Both Sam and Natalie have been really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly whilst we were going through the process of adding my daughter to an existing tenancy. We were welcomed into their office regularly, sometimes daily, while they patiently talked us through the process and answered all our questions. They both went beyond sorting out the tenancy, making sure that we understood the terms and conditions and ensuring that we knew all other details that had to be sorted, utility bills and council tax for example. From the point of first contact, the Zest team have been so helpful and friendly. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and even answer emails straight away! It's been really refreshing to deal with a lettings agent who places an emphasis on customer service. As a young professional who was searching for a flat to rent on a budget, I found it refreshing that I was treated just as importantly as anyone else, regardless of my budget (or lack of!) Despite the flat I initially enquired about not suiting my needs, Zest's Senior Lettings Negotiator, Natalie Giles, was extremely helpful and suggested a different flat which would be suitable and was just about to be put on the market. She was also kind enough to guarantee us the first viewing of the flat, and from there on the process to secure the flat was straight forward. I also thought it was a nice gesture that Zest even threw in a bottle of wine and a card upon moving into the new flat. So thanks again to all at Zest, particularly Natalie who was helpful and friendly throughout the process.

I have felt in very capable hands when dealing with Zest. I can't praise them highly enough. On deciding to move from my home, I contacted several agents. Ilona at Zest suggested I look at changing the use of my house so that I would be able to take in multiple tenants. Being new to lettings, I hadn't considered doing this and none of Zest's competitors suggested this. Zest were very helpful at guiding me through the process, from making the necessary application for planning permission to the council to helping me find people to adapt my house accordingly. As a result of the above, I stand to make nearly 30% more rent than I otherwise would have done, which will a huge difference to me as a landlady. With all of this done, Zest used their many contacts to quickly find me good tenants and were very helpful at responding to any queries I had at all stages of the lettings process. I have, incidentally, felt since moving out that Zest will respond promptly to any concerns my tenants might have whilst they're in my property, which as someone who has rented uncared for properties in the past is important to me. I'd highly recommend Zest to anyone looking for an agent in Bath, particularly to any potential investors looking for a good return on their investment. They really do go the extra mile.

Zest provided excellent service in helping me find an apartment in Bath. They attended to every request in a prompt efficient professional manner and made the entire process seamless. I spotted the apartment on Zoopla late Wednesday evening, called Zest on Thursday to set up a Saturday morning viewing and secured the apartment Saturday afternoon. Natalie was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way on several occasions to attend to my special requests. I had poor experiences with several Letting companies previously but have nothing but high accolades for Zest. I highly recommend them.
