We have just exchanged on a flat for my daughter, Dana has been our main contact at Zest and she has been outstanding - the purchase has not been straight forward but at every stage she has acting in a very professional and personably way. She is a credit to the business. The other members of staff we have dealt with have also been excellent - all a very pleasant change from my experience with Estate Agents. Well done!

Despite trying to find a place and move into in the space of 2 weeks and over xmas Zest managed to find me somewhere and get all the arrangement in place. Amazing Lettings agency! Really welcoming and truly care about their tenants, Natalie is super friendly & lovely and helped us find an amazing house & was extremely helpful when we had some housing issues (e.g. finding new tenant, etc). Would really recommend them to any student in Bath! probably the best agency for students! :)

I found all of the members of staff we had contact with to be very helpful and accommodating. They were prompt in getting back to us regarding what information was required for our referencing and it was all completed very quickly. When we moved in to the property, they had left a card and a bottle of wine which was very warmly received. I was also impressed by the inventory check as it seems very thorough and professional. I feel that things will be much more clear-cut and potentially less stressful upon our departure from the property. Overall a great experience! Much better than agents I have had in the past.
