Zest, Dana in particular, have been fantastic at guiding all parties through the sale of my flat. In another agencies hands I'm sure the sale would have fallen through, the victim of some legal technicalities. But Dana went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. They communicate with buyers and sellers with professionalism, timeliness and empathy which makes other agents look amateurish. There may well be cheaper agencies in Bath but you get what you pay for. They saved me thousands and a good deal of hassle with their interventions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Natalie Giles who was without a doubt the best housing agent I've ever met and as a student who didn't know a lot about renting a property she was amazingly helpful and charming. I decided not to go with the property in the end but the experience is still very much a favourite in my mind and one of the best encounters I've had when looking for a house. I have recently purchased a property through Zest in Bath. The experience was a delight in every way. Dana kept me informed at all times with the progress and personally phoned to tell me, which I found much better than receiving emails, as I now live on my own.
