I have several properties to let but this latest one was in a different area and I chose Zest from recommendation and I have been more than happy with my choice. I like the fact that they are not pushy. They have a wonderful staff who are all very likeable which makes the job much friendlier than I expected. I had great advice and choices for whole package, half package and just "find a tenant" options. They certainly did as they said on the tin and found a suitable tenant for me and sent several possible prospective tenants around as soon as they advertised it. Zest have been very helpful from the start. We had a few troubles finding tenants to join us to begin with as a couple of people dropped out, and Zest were patient and allowed us time to find additional tenants. Asking questions/queries/maintenance issues through email are always responded to the same day and have always been very helpful. Natalie has particularly helped us through many issues and has always gone out of her way to assist us, contacting previous tenants over internet queries and even ringing providers when we needed help! Overall, an excellent service from Zest, highly recommended.
