Great service and very pleasant to deal with. In total we used zest to sell 3 houses over the course of about 5 months and they delivered on all 3 in terms of achieving either our price we wanted or more than we were expecting on two out of three. I highly recommend this estate agent in terms of realistic valuations and in terms of the whole selling processs. I found some of the bigger rival firms over valued in order to flatter and gain my business but no such thing from Zest. Straight talking and good knowledge in terms of marketing strategy for the houses they sold for us. Will be the first company I think of calling next time we are in a position where we need to sell. However due to poor service we chose to move and was recommended to use Zest a small independent agency. I used Zest to rent out my parents home when they went into sheltered accommodation, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Zest and the level of service I have received. I have never had to rent out a property before and was expecting a total minefield, but they were all so professional, helpful, understanding and helped me through the rental process at a time which was very stressful for me and my parents, their compassion and patience was very much appreciated. A tenant was found within 24 hours and had moved in a week later. I don't live locally and have since had to call the office on a couple of occasions with enquiries, which have all been answered and dealt with promptly. I feel confident that my parents home is in safe hands, it has taken a huge weight off my mind and I am delighted with every aspect of Zest. I am happy to recommend them.

As a student in Bath it can be incredibly difficult to find a reliable estate agent but Zest have been amazing the last two years. They only have decent properties on their books (unlike a lot of the estate agents in Bath) and have an incredibly quick maintenance team so you are never left in the lurch. They have a fantastic team, especially Natalie Giles, who are incredibly supportive and helpful. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with Zest.
