We have just finished an 18 month tenancy with Zest and it really has been a pleasure the whole way through! The lady who conducted our viewing (afraid I can't remember her name now!) was so enthusiastic about our beautiful top floor flat and made the signing up process very straightforward. We were also helped to arrange for some of the pre-existing furniture to be put into storage so we could squeeze some of our bits in which was really appreciated in a furnished flat! The flat was in a great condition and we were really impressed with the check-in and inventory process which was so thorough and meant there were no problems when we left. When we found our new place (had to buy at some point and were very sad to leave!) Natalie Giles was particularly brilliant! We had to leave before our official tenancy ended and she helped us find new tenants in 1 week which obviously helped us massively and kept us fully informed the whole way through. On check out, we were again fully in the loop and very happy with the fair way in which wear and tear to the flat was treated. All in all, couldn't possible fault them, and we were so sad to leave our flat! Keep up the good work :) susie and james
