Zest keep me in touch with what is going on, whilst at the same time taking responsibility for sorting things out. They act quickly and keep a good balance between respecting the landlord's wishes and the needs of tenants. As a landlord who is abroad, that is really important to me. The staff are delightful - helpful and courteous at all times and are always prepared to go that extra mile. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly to others.

I had a great experience dealing with Zest, Natalie was very informative and helpful with the rental process. The whole procedure was very smooth and completed with time to spare for a nice change. I did look at other properties with different agencies but couldn't afford there extortionate fee's, some were upwards of £600 and that was with a single person on the tenancy. We’ve just finished our 11-month student letting with Zest. While the first six months were disappointing, with support lacking and issues left unresolved, things improved dramatically once Emma became involved. She was proactive, professional, and approachable, ensuring problems were dealt with promptly and making the whole experience far smoother. Together with Porschia, they made the second half of our letting much more in line with what you’d hope for. I hope this is the standard for future students.
At the end of our tenancy, we were sent some deduction costs from our deposit that we disputed as we did not agree with these charges.
