After dealing with a couple of very poor letting agents in Bath, I am delighted with Zest. They have been very helpful and our move was very smooth. They even accommodated a viewing on a Saturday. We are having problems with our shower going hot and cold, and Lucy has been great at communicating what she is doing about it to help and I'm confident that it will be resolved as quickly as possible. The best letting agency I have ever dealt with in Bath.

Love the new office and prominent location. There is a real fresh and modern feel about the whole agency (the staff, the office, marketing etc) which I feel is unique and more in keeping with today's market in Bath, rather than the more traditional, less vibrant, offerings from the majority of the existing agents. There is a genuine feeling of enthusiasm within this Agency, you truly get the feeling that they will do everything they can to do their best for you, providing a friendly, personal and professional, yet fresh approach to the Bath market.

I have found ZEST to be very friendly and easy to deal with, they are responsive and clearly concerned to provide an excellent service. I have never had any reason to doubt what I have been told. Which is not always the case with business organisations. My only reservation was that their email service provider was sometimes a bit hit and miss but they have a new one now and I am confident they have learnt that a first class email system is essential nowadays. So five stars.

Ilona and her team have been brilliant from the start. A charming response to my initial enquiries, sensitive appraisal of the propery and rental assessment, quite excellent photography (as compared to Allen and Harris who took dreadful images), enthusiastic service and a confident (without being arrogant) attitude to how long it would take to find a perfect tenant. They did within 5 days! I liked that during the paperwork phase the process was straightforward, not too full of legal jargon, explained well and with flexible deadlines. Then, for the new tenant, they left a welome to your new home card and bottle of nice wine. Every single part of the process was 100% nicer and more caring than the experience I received with Allen and Harris city office, when renting a flat to move into myself. I could not recommend Zest more highly and shall always use them in the future.

Zest gave us a good and realistic valuation, they suggested "OPEN HOUSE" as the best way to achieve a successful sale, this worked on the first attempt. Throughout the process everyone at Zest have been calm & professional during what can be a stressful process. Jon was prepared to go the extra mile to smooth the process when the "inevitable" snags arose! Overall, very pleased with the service – Zest are STREETS ahead of the competition :-)

Professional, courteous and efficient. Having recently and successfully rented out a property through Zest for the first time, I can report it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. the proficient and professional manner of the staff was complimented by the efficiency of the process, I would not hesitate to use them again, and am grateful for the service provided.

Zest were so helpful when I was looking for somewhere to rent. I had looked tirelessly for a good month and followed quite a few leads with other agencies, all of which were really unhelpful. I viewed lots of different places and wanted to rent a few of them but the other agencies were useless and took nearly a week to get back to me over the smallest of details. This however was not the case with zest. Ilona was so friendly and welcoming - such a difference compared to the other agencies. We viewed one house with her fell in love with it and even at the end of business on Saturday she was still there answering our questions and taking us through the procedure. She really went the extra mile that I feel you deserve when looking at rental properties. The office was lovely and we had excellent customer service whenever we went into the office or rang up. The staff were friendly and always ready to help wherever they could. I would recommend zest to any of my friends who are looking. They are a great help and will answer all of your questions within short notice.

Since my first phone call to Zest when I spotted one of their rental properties online, I have been so impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and positive attitude. It's actually the first time I've rented through an agency, and I was apprehensive about what kind of experience I would have (based on all the stereotypes and horror stories!). I had nothing to fear. Every member of staff I've had contact with has been a delight to deal with - and Natalie even came out to show me the property when she feeling under the weather because she knew how keen I was on it. True commitment! The renting process has gone smoothly, and the Zest team has been incredibly supportive and patient helping my application go through under slightly tricky circumstances (being self-employed!). If I was doing this as a business I might be a bit more candid but no, I am letting my beloved home and have left it in their hands for safe keeping.
