It's been really refreshing to deal with a lettings agent who places an emphasis on customer service. As a young professional who was searching for a flat to rent on a budget, I found it refreshing that I was treated just as importantly as anyone else, regardless of my budget (or lack of!) Despite the flat I initially enquired about not suiting my needs, Zest's Senior Lettings Negotiator, Natalie Giles, was extremely helpful and suggested a different flat which would be suitable and was just about to be put on the market. She was also kind enough to guarantee us the first viewing of the flat, and from there on the process to secure the flat was straight forward. I also thought it was a nice gesture that Zest even threw in a bottle of wine and a card upon moving into the new flat. So thanks again to all at Zest, particularly Natalie who was helpful and friendly throughout the process.
