Both Sam and Natalie have been really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly whilst we were going through the process of adding my daughter to an existing tenancy. We were welcomed into their office regularly, sometimes daily, while they patiently talked us through the process and answered all our questions. They both went beyond sorting out the tenancy, making sure that we understood the terms and conditions and ensuring that we knew all other details that had to be sorted, utility bills and council tax for example.
