Best in basingstoke
we stayed in rented property let by Belvoir for over 4 years and through out the tenure they have been very professional, warm and understanding. The check in ( 4 years back) was smooth as silk, the contracting was simple and straight forward and any maintenance issues were handled promptly. Initially our contact person was Abi Parker and she was extremely helpful in helping us settle down. I heard many dreadful experiences with other agents operating in this area but we very lucky to be with Belvoir. The checkout process including final inspection, inventory check and return of deposit again was extremely smooth and I would like to thanks Jo Jones for all help and co-ordination in this regard. Fantastic agency
Belvoir staff are very helpful and professional . Each process Was well managed and structure me and my partner were amazed by the tailored service we received . Namely Jo Jones and Laura Jones , who are so patient and willing to help and very engaging in the process . I Would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone looking for a new home .

Excellent Service - Time and Time Again
Belvoir Basingstoke have managed my property for some years now and I honestly cannot fault them. Any correspondence with them is always a delight. The guys in the office are always professional and will always go out of their way to help with any enquiries. The fees are more than competitive with other local agents. I can honestly say Belvoir Basingstoke are a cut above the rest. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Constantly excellent service
Belvoir (previously Redwoods) have managed my buy-to-let property since the late 1990's and have constantly provided an excellent service, safeguarding my best interests as a landlord. Mike Jones, the director, has extensive technical knowledge in this field and I feel he always treats me as a priority. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his brilliant team at Belvoir Basingstoke.

Great Team - who always deliver
I have used Belvoir for a number of years and have never been disappointed. My main points of contact have always been Carole Archer and Kate Shore but they are ably supported by a great team who always ensure a very personal service. Thoroughly recommended.

Great service.
We were very pleased with service from Belvoir Basingstoke on our recent flat purchase. Requests for viewing appointments were handled and confirmed promptly, sometimes at short notice. We only viewed 4 properties (2 with Belvoir) so our search wasn’t protracted. Negotiations were handled quickly and professionally. Although with no chains or mortgages involved it was not a complicated transaction, Belvoir’s involvement through to completion was always friendly, polite and efficient. I would be happy to recommend them to other buyers and, based on this buying experience, would certainly consider them if I was selling a property.

Belvoir
I have had a very good service from the team at Belvoir over many years. I would like to give particular thanks to Natalie the Move Manager. Throughout the sale of my flat, Natalie has kept me informed at all times about the sale and contacted me at least once a week. She has been in touch with the buyers and their solicitor and with my solicitor. I really appreciated her help in arranging for the contents of the flat to be removed and for contacting the concierge to ensure that this went smoothly. Natalie has been extremely efficient , professional and friendly. My family and I are extremely grateful to her and the service of Belvoir.

Fiendly and amazing service

Sale of Flat
We had very good service from Belvoir .The flat was effectively marketed and Belvoir was very good at dealing with issues and keeping us informed of progress The staff in the office were both helpful and prompt when responding to any queries we raised .

Excellent service throughout our purchase
On our first viewing Brian Neville showed us round the property and as we were new to the area he took time to show us the local amenities. He was at the house the whole time our removals men where unloading our property until we could get there. We were well informed throughout the buying process, in fact Natalie, their Move Manager, provided more information than our own solicitor. The whole team were excellent, I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
