Belvoir handled both our sale and purchase and we were very impressed with the service received. Everything went smoothly and the whole process was less than 3 months from start to finish! We found Natalie did an excellent job in keeping us updated with the sale and purchase progression and tying together the chain. Everyone we dealt with at Belvoir was very professional and friendly. Our house was sold within days of going on the market with Belvoir meaning that we could move ahead quickly with our purchase. The moving in box was a very welcomed touch. Our only negative comment would be that Neale Turk (recommended solicitors) are to be avoided and we would suggest that Belvoir stop recommending them! Thank you again for all of your help, we are delighted with our beautiful new home :)

We continually review our suggestions for solicitors and it varies according to their own workloads. Sadly, we are not always able to determine this accurately and once in a while we get this wrong. Excellent and very professional team

Our tenancy in Crown Heights, Basingstoke has been a very pleasant experience. Belvoir has each and every process defined and systematic way of proceedings from application of tenancy till claiming the Security Deposit. Special thanks to Shahida for managing our inspections and exit process smoothly and considering all our requests till we got the refund of security deposit. I must really appreciate for their transparent process. Interactions with Kate were also nice and professional. Given a chance again in UK our first preference will always be Belvoir. Cheers.

AMBER PATEL. Great Experience, very helpful and HONEST People of the agency

By AMBER PATEL & Family (Me, My wife and our wonderful Twin Baby Girls) I had great experience with the agency, i would like to give Special Thanks to ABBY, KATE & JO for a wonderful experience. First i met with ABBY who showed me the house and she told me a reasonable fees amount. I queried her only one thing that i would like the amount to be fixed and that there should be no surprises later of any other additional fees, and to my satisfaction the fees amount remain constant with no surprises of hidden fees. I would like to thank ABBY and the agency for their honesty and transparency. Second i met with KATE who is the Admin in the agency who has been very nice, helpful, approachable and reasonable throughout Our Family stay as a Tenant and even assisted with multiple things post moving out. Last i would like to thanks JO for helping close all the formalities in a very smooth and reasonable manner when we had to move out of the house.

Efficient and friendly

Belvoir has managed my rental property in Basingstoke for several years now and the service is, as the title suggests, both efficient and friendly. I am contacted quickly regarding any maintenance issues at the property and they will always arrange to have problems sorted out within a day. The staff are also always on had to give advice and have both the landlord's and the tenant's interests as a priority. I would highly recommend their services.

Great service

We were selling a niche property, with obvious problems trying to attract buyers, and Belvoir did the job very quickly, and through no fault of theirs, the first buyer let us down after 8 months, putting as back at the start, ( so not impressed with her ). Belvoir got straight back on it and found us another buyers within the month, and despite some far off Solicitor being more than awkward, Mathew at Belvoir did over and above to get the sale completed, I’m sure he got panic attacks when he heard my voice most days, but showed no sign of giving up and got the job done. Would definitely recommend Belvoir to get your house sold, and when you get the problems which just automatically go with house sales they will do their best to keep things on track. :)

Excellent service - went above and beyond on many occasions

We used Belvoir to sell our flat, amazed at their excellent service! We had an offer accepted within a month and Natalie (their move manager) was extremely helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. She went as far as to help organise a new removal company when our own didn't turn up on the day. Would definitely recommend using them.

Personalised and professional service

Belvoir has acted as my letting agent for around 15 years and I have never had cause for complaint. They find tenants quickly when leases expire and all the admin work and charges are explained fully. They are great on maintenance issues, even taking the trouble to research prices on replacement items and then actually going to buy items from the local Argos store. This is very important to me as I live in Australia. Always friendly and helpful and highly recommended.

Highly Professional Letting Agents

We have been using Belvoir (and their predecessors, Redwoods) for two apartments in Crown Heights, Basingstoke for 16 years. During that time they have succeeded in keeping both apartments let with minimal gaps between tenants. Belvoir are expert in managing tenancies in Crown Heights and with that expertise are able to use maintenance contractors who have the first class knowledge of all of the equipment and facilities in those buildings for the benefit of the owners and their tenants. We have excellent relations with the team of professionals at Belvoir and trust them to meet all of our legal obligations as landlords without taking advantage of our tenants.

Managing Repairs

As a landlord I have found Belvoir highly efficient at managing my properties from finding and vetting new tenants to informing me of any issues needing attention; providing qualified tradesmen to carry out any repairs in a timely and cost effective manner.

Fantastic service from Belvoir

From the initial valuation through to the completion of my sale Belvoir have been fantastic. Jamie undertook the valuation of my property and secured a sale within a matter of days. Natalie then took over as my move manager and was absolutely brilliant at keeping me updated and organising things along what turned out to be quite a tricky chain. Natalie went above and beyond to work with the solicitors and estate agents further up the chain to get things moving. Both Jamie and Natalie were very professional and friendly; it was great to have a dedicated contact rather than the call centre of an online agent. I would highly recommend the service of Belvoir and if I ever move again I will certainly be using them.

Helena, thanks for leaving this review. You've hit the nail on the head with regard to our in-house sales progression. This is the one element we'll never farm out to a third party and which we'll always spend a lot of time and effort on. Keeping a sale together is where an agent earns his money. This is illustrated by the 42% of sales nationally which currently fall apart between an offer being accepted and the sale completing. Our fall through rate is a fraction of this and we're rightly proud of this fact.
