The Belvoir Basingstoke team have been genuinely superb. I switched across from another agent in December last year at the end of a long tenancy after getting tired of poor service from constantly churning, inexperienced staff. Friendly from the outset. James was lovely when he came to view the property and instantly knew they were the ones I wanted to sell my house. Viewing day was quickly set and sold by the Monday.
