5 stars for the Belvoir lettings team! My son and I moved back to Basingstoke five years ago to be closer to family after my fiancée passed away, and we were fortunate to rent a 2-bed property through Belvoir. During our tenancy, both the landlord and the lettings team were amazing. On the rare occasions when faults occurred, their maintenance app made it incredibly easy to report and resolve any issues. What truly sets Belvoir above other letting agencies in our experience is what happened earlier this year... We were told the landlord intended to sell the property, crushing news at the time, but every cloud has a silver lining. We were in the fortunate position to explore purchasing the property ourselves (a terrifying prospect for someone who grew up in social housing). Fast forward to 1st December 2025, and my son and I are now the proud owners of the property. Thanks in no small part to Kate and Jo from the lettings team. They went above and beyond to support us throughout the purchase, despite there being no benefit to Belvoir. They happily answered all my questions about home ownership and even shared their own experiences. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Highly recommended!
