Belvoir Basingstoke

My wife and I recently purchase a house from Belvoir . I cannot praise the service we received enough. We looked at dozens of houses with them nothing was too much trouble for them , Always on time and very helpful. To top this we were given a "moving in" box full of items that we would have forgotten tea, coffee, sugar you name it . Would we recommend them YES Our very sincere thanks to Keith and his team. Property Lettings and Sales - Basingstoke

I was a client with Belvoir for many years as they acted as Letting Agents for my Property. The service was more than excellent - it was exceptional. I cannot praise the Letting staff too highly for the quality of service carried out in a friendly yet professional manner. So when it was time to sell I naturally retained Belvoir Sales and it was no surprise to find the same culture existed. I am not naming individuals since it would be unfair to those not mentioned. Again, the sale was completed in good time and a highly satisfactory price achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Property Basingstoke services. You will not find better.

Good Agents

After a poor experience with a another Agent we decided to try Belvoir. We found Matthew to be honest and frank with his valuation and the rest of the staff very helpful.. In particular Keith who said he "would "sell our house and he "did." Thank you Belvoir Mr & Mrs J G Banks

Amazing Experience

We bought our first home through Belvior agent, and we had a great experience with the service they provided, from negotiating to receiving the key, we were update on everysteps and not left out on everything we need to know. Aaron did an amazing job, and we will definitely recommended the agent to anyone.

Very professional, on the ball and reliable

I run my own business and needed an agent that could take the hassle away from me when managing a tenant search. I have used Belvoir for at least 7 years now and have always found the to meet my tough requirements.

Highly recommended.

Belvoir's Matthew Smith ( Branch Manager) has been the agent dealing with my house sale. At all times I have found him efficient, polite, extremely helpful, informative and very professional with a good sense of humour too and not in the least bit officious! His valuation was 'spot on' and I attained a figure very close to the full asking price. At no point did I feel obliged or pressured into appointing him/them. No 'hard sell' tactics and nor was I rushed into making any decisions. I received regular, much valued, weekly updates and Matt has made the whole selling process, which I was new to, smooth, easy and uncomplicated (though I'm sure he worked his 'socks off' behind the scene!) He even offerred/gave help and sound advice when I subsequently searched for and bought a new house (through a differing agent). Overall: I cannot rate 'Belvoir' more highly and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mr and Mrs Oxer

We bought our bungalow through Belvoir and cannot praise the staff enough for all their help. Matthew Smith in particular must have a special mention. He kept us informed every step of the way ( More so than the estate agent we sold our house through!) He is an absolute star. He is friendly, informative and has a good sense of humour! We would, without a doubt, recommend Belvoir to anybody buying or selling a property.

They didn't stop trying!

Unfortunately for us we hit the market at the wrong time, just before the snap election was called and as a result people were being ultra cautious. Despite the fact that it took longer than expected to sell, Matthew and his team did not give up and found us a great buyer in the end who offered very close to asking price. Not only that but we felt that they did a good job at steering the sale through the whole process, from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts and we were really grateful for that as there were a few scary bumps along the way for us. Thanks to Matthew, Jamie and Keith for their hard work.
