I had an excellent experience with the Basingstoke Belvoir team throughout the purchase of a flat. Katie initially was our point of contact and we were really pleased with the weekly updates over the phone and she answered all the questions we had. Our bank initially misidentified the property during a valuation and we were not given a mortgage as a result.
