Unbelievably helpful and professional - would 100% recommend
Matt (the branch manager) has been incredibly helpful and professional during the process of buying our first house, and in our opinion has done a lot more than we really needed to in order to try and help us get things done in time. He has called 3rd parties to get quotes/times for works we were considering having done (which we were already doing ourselves), and he has been incredibly on the ball in terms of making sure nothing is forgotten and everything was on track. Overall Belvoir have been a massive help to us, and have made the experience of buying our first house as pleasant as can be expected (moving always brings it's fair share of problems!) We could not be happier with the service that we have received, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent help when buying a house!
Belvoir really helped to make sure that my house move went without a hitch by maintaining dialogue between all parties involved in the sale. They also helped to clarify a technicality after the sale had completed. I would highly recommend them!

Fiirst House Purchase
Belvoir Estate Agents provided a superb service from start to finish of our very first house purchase. Being new to property buying, we went in naïve but working with Belvoir couldn't have been simpler. Bought First home
As a first time buyer, i had a lot of question and was supported in every step of the purchase by Belvoir. I found them to be very professional in their work. Matt Smith was excellent in helping out with negotiation and closing the deal and keeping everything in order till the deal when through. I highly recommend them as an estate agent for buying home.

Highly Professional Lettings Service
I rented a property through Belvoir Basingstoke for some two-and-a-half years and I can give them a five-star recommendation without hesitation. The service provided was professional, efficient and friendly throughout, right from the first enquiry through to the final check-out. They did a good job of managing not only the set-up but also the maintenance tasks and issues that inevitably come up during a stay of this length. I felt confident that the tenancy and property was being well managed throughout. As a tenant it is critically important to know that your property is properly managed, that you have a reliable contact point, are receiving accurate, fair and timely information, and that any issues will be dealt promptly and effectively and fairly. If I were looking to rent again, I would favour properties offered by Belvoir. thanks to my confidence in their service..

The sale of our house
We would like to say a very big Thank You to Belvoir Basingstoke for selling our house. They were very professional throughout the process especially Matthew' . We had a slight blip along the way ,which Matthew dealt with very well, ensuring that all went well in the end. His communication skills are second to none, I would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir to friends and family.

Best ever estate agent experience!
My dealings with Belvoir Basingstoke were positive from beginning to end. The staff always responded promptly to my emails and went out of their way to make sure I was totally satisfied with their service and were professional throughout. All the staff were very attentive, polite and efficient. I was very impressed. They could not have been more helpful, and I would definitely recommend their services.!
