Carole and the team are fantastic - fully managed service means no worries. Just had smooth seamless change of tenants, no issues with departing tenants and new tenants appear happy. Would fully recommend Belvoir as an end to end service provider for landlords.

First class service We first met with Brian and Mike who were knowledgeable about the area and our property. Their sales service was great and they kept us up to date with viewings and responses. Very good at explaining offers we had in and negotiating them. Once we had sold Natalie was great at keeping us and solicitors informed and moving forward. Extremely efficient very fair and helpful

These folks have been exceptionally helpful and clear in regard to my checkout appointment. All interactions with the staff were friendly and helpful especially due to this being my first formal checkout. Definitely do look into renting a property with these guys. Brilliant- Constantly Updated

We cannot thank Belvoir enough, especially Natalie our sales progresser as she kept us updated very regularly throughout; informing us every time she had new information no matter how big or small and I honestly believe the sale would have fell through without her chasing the chain and keeping everything inline.

Local professional reliable letting agents who really care.

You won't find a lovelier, friendlier lettings team anywhere in my opinion. As a landlord trust that my properties will be managed well on my behalf is key to my dealings with an agent. Having had 3 properties let by Belvoir in the space of a month I continue to be impressed by their professional and caring manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their attention to detail in check in/checkout is reliable and precise, something which is of the upmost importance. Whoever you speak to in the office you can be sure your call matters and will be dealt with efficiently. Always fair, always quick

We were long term tenants with Redwoods that turned into Belvoir. From Day 1 of our tenancy we were always treated with fairness and respect. Throughout the tenancy any problem has been rectified as quickly as has been possible through their excellent Maitenance logging service. Minor problems have been handled promptly and major issues have been raised and dealt with as quick as they can via agent communicating with the landlord. I couldn't recommend them enough as a tenant, and as a landlord you can be safe in the knowledge that your property will be in safe hands and your tenants well looked after.
