The contractor visit also went smoothly and was on time. Additionally, I did not encounter any problems with the checkout process which was facilitated by Jo. Ive always had a fairly negative opinion on estate agents. However, my wife and I came across Belvoir by chance when stumbling across a house they were marketing, at this point our our house wasnt even on the market. After viewing the house and speaking to Peter, I asked if he would also market our property, in less than 2 weeks of our first discussion our house was valued, marketed and sold at the price we set out to achieve. Peter worked hard on our behalf to negotiate our purchase, communicate with our buyer and vendor and offer advice at every point of the conveyancing process.
