From the start - viewing the property, to the checking out Belvoir have been excellent. They keep you well informed, act professionally and undertake their responsibilities efficiently. All communications are at speed, with no need to ever chase up. The checkout was carried out by Shahida in a very fair and informative manner. She was courteous, friendly, professional and involved me in the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and efficiently dealt with any queries I had. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would choose Belvoir and Shahida any day to deal with such matters. Letting agents get a bad name, but that is because those people have not had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Belvoir.

We have recently moved from one property to another through Belvoir lettings Basingstoke. All of the staff were extremely efficient and lovely to deal with and helped to make the move seamless for us.. A big thank you to Kate, Jo, Carol and Abi. This agency was absolutely amazing in helping me find a new home, they were polite, understood what I needed. The agent involved Carol understood my needs as well as respected the privacy of the current tenant that was in the property. I have had some horrendous dealings with estate agents from dealing with new agents in trying to find a new home from my current one (where I am leaving) who do not care about me at all now that I am leaving, and don't respect my privacy one bit. It is a breath of fresh air when you deal with a company that is concerned for the customer and not for the sale. If you can, use this agency as they are concerned about you and not about the sale. Very kind and very professional

Excellent service and support

Belvoir have been nothing but excellent when helping my wife and I with the process of getting our house. It started with Martina and Jamie showing us a few houses, and ended with Matthew and Natalie dealing with the house purchase process. There have been moments with our solicitors which have prolonged the process, and without Natalie's help and persistence, we probably wouldn't have been able to get the house. I'd like to say again thank you to the Belvoir Sales team for your continued support in our time of need.

Excellent and patient service in Basingstoke

Outstanding after sales care

The first time i moved house 3 years ago i used a well known online estate agent because of their low fees, once the house was sold they we not interested and i was left to deal with pretty much everything turning it into one of the most stressful things i have ever had to do. This time around i decided to pay that little bit more in hope that i would get a slightly better service but didn't actually expect the amazing service i did get from Belvoir. The Sales team were honest from the start and worked quickly to get my house on the market, what ever they said to the first viewers obviously worked as it sold within 24 hrs. What i think really sets Belvoir above the others is the care and attention they give to each and every customer from the time you sell your house to the day you move, Tasked with this job is a lady called Natalie who is a massive credit to Belvoir and without her constant contact with myself, my solicitors, my buyers, their solicitors plus all other parties that were involved i do not believe we would have completed as quickly as we did with pretty much no hiccups, she took 90% of the stress out of the move as you were never left wondering what was going on and if there was anything she could do to chase she was straight on it. For Natalie alone i would recommend Belvoir to anyone who would listen. Thanks Belvoir and special thanks Natalie ;-)
