Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley went above and beyond to deliver in my life time of moving experience the most amazing Advice and support throughout what was a long drawn out quite stressful Time. He was always at the end of the phone, keeping me informed and even making calls himself chasing at the other ends of the chain that he should not have had to do had the other agents been doing their job. He even turned up on moving day when a mishap happened with the removal company and spent an hour helping to load the lorry. We had many occasions to seek advice from him and always found him really helpful with a sense that the options he discussed with us with were fair for all parties and made good business sense. Our house sale and purchase were not plain sailing and when the deal nearly fell through Lee went the extra mile to get things moving again. Lee's experience of the business and his numerous contacts meant that he was able to keep us up to date as the process reached completion. Once things were underway he emailed all parties weekly so that everyone was kept up to speed with what was happening and he constantly kept on top of all the details, which was very reassuring. We sold our home through Davis Tate Woodley and I can't speak highly enough of Lee. From start to finish he was fantastic. Not only did he sell our house within a matter of days, he supported us every step of the way in what was a long process due to the chain. Lee Russell breaks a mould when it comes to estate agents! Admittedly we sold our property at a time when demand was high and the task was relatively easy but this is where he stands out. He arranged and managed over 15 viewings in the space of 3 days and then negotiated the best deal for the sale (above asking price). This alone we were grateful for but then during what seemed a protracted period (actually 4.5 months) he oversaw and played and a very active role in ensuring the chain (4 properties) was chased, kept informed and ultimately successfully completed. I have never experienced someone from an estate agency who was so proactive and professional in managing the sale end to end - many are not to be seen once the sale is agreed and let you manage it! Not only is Lee professional in his approach but he is friendly and almost always available (and when he is not always replies to a message) yet when he needs to be tough on people in the chain he also exerts pressure to get things moving. All in all, he provides a great service and, without hesitation, I would recommend him and I would certainly use Davis Tate in the future (but that may be a long time in the future, Lee!!). Where others failed....davis tate succeeded! Lee Russell was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed and up-to-date on progress during the sale of our house. After having the property marketed by another vendor, who lacked finesse it was a warm welcome to have Lee and davis tate step up to the mark. The house was sold within a few months and we were very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend!

We just bought a house through Davis Tate. Our selling agent was worse than useless. Fortunately, Lee was onto our case right from day one and went above and beyond chasing our buyers and the people below them. All the while we had not one single update from our own estate agent. If Lee had not worked so hard things would have ended up very different. First class service and if you want an agent on your side I wouldn't choose anyone else!

Motivated. Honest and tenacious. We engaged Lee Russell to sell our house when we had a choice of others, however he took the initiative from the start. Rather than just talk, he produced an excellent marketing document before we had agreed to engage him, demonstrating his commitment and motivation to sell our property from the start. This tipped the balance for us, having chosen him we never regretted the decision. He added real value in key areas cutting time off the transaction process, managing all 3rd parties effectively, using his network and market knowledge to our full advantage. Importantly he managed our buyers expectations and brokered an open and friendly relationship with them through the process, enabling us all to be clear on where we stood and what was needed to keep the momentum to complete in a smooth and short time frame. We sold our flat through Davis Tate and subsequently found ourselves in a chain of 4 properties. Lee took it upon himself to take ownership for the whole chain (despite only being responsible for the sale of our property) and was like a dog with a bone when it came to chasing solicitors to ensure a smooth exchange and completion. As with all of these things, we came across some complications on the way which Lee helped us navigate through and kept us informed every step of the way. I regularly emailed Lee at all sorts of times day and night and became surprised if I didn't receive a response within 60 minutes such was his eagerness to provide excellent customer service. Importantly, Davis Tate sold our property within a matter of weeks and managed to take care of all viewings during a one week window which we provided (when both my wife and I were out of the country). All this to say, what could have been a really stressful time was made much more tolerable by the professionalism, diligence and determination of Lee. When we do move house again, I don't think I would even both speaking to any other agents apart from Davis Tate. I've not come across service like this from this industry up until now.

Selling a family home at the end of an era is a very difficult thing to have to do. Lee, at Davis Tate was brilliant. I found him very professional, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he did exactly what he said he would do. His business sense is meticulous, all documents / advertising well and thoroughly presented, with every last detail carefully thought out.
