Unhelpful rude lettings agent. Apparently none of their Landlords like young familes because of possible wear and tear on their property. Ridiculous really (never had an issue before and hold a security deposit in the unlikely event) Avoid.

If you are looking to sell your property with Prospect Estate Agents in Reading! Do not go with them! I had a call back from them to follow up on the valuation they gave me! The estate agent on the phone was going on and on and on trying to get me to go with them when I already chose an estate agent! They were bad mouthing the estate agent I went with too! This is very unprofessional! I was dealing with an estate agent called Toby from Reading! He was going on and on and on! When I was happy with my decision to go with the estate agent I wanted! They even called the estate agent I went with liars!!! This is very unprofessional attitude! Should have just said “thank you and yes that’s fine” not go on and on about this! Trying to sell and sell! I would never go with you now on this basis! They were trying to put my property on the market for £20k less than i wanted it on for too!!
