Best in town, team is amazing, had some issues when moved into the new house but they got it resolved.

Would use again

A mixed experience. I would use again but mainly due to Tracy’s fantastic interpersonal skills and support during the purchasing process. I viewed multiple properties with different agencies and Prospect were by no means the ‘fore runner’ in regards to customer service. There was nothing wrong as such, although communication could have been better. However, once the offer was accepted, they were fab! Tracy was incredibly accommodating and answered any questions and responded to messages in a very timely manner, and for that reason, I would recommend!

Great work by Liam/Sam/Tristan in securing me a rental that takes dogs! Much appreciated. And thanks to Barbara for assistance on the property management side.
