This review and star rating is for Angel who was so great at finding properties which really matched what we were looking for. She really listened to our needs and what we like and the properties that she showed us matched our criteria really well, which was so refreshing and helped to not waste a lot of time.

Having changed from another agent to Prospect, there was always some uncertainty on the level of service we would received. We used prospect estate agency in Maidenhead to buy a property that we really loved. It was a pain for us to get hold of the seller, however the agents at their Maidenhead branch were very helpful and thorough in getting hold of the seller throughout the buying process until exchange of contracts. We came to Prospect after our property had been on the market with another estate agent for some time without success. Simon organised several viewings in the first two weeks and after three weeks we were able to accept an offer. Negotiations leading up to exchange of contracts were protracted (not Prospect's fault in any way) and Ryan, Simon and Betsy kept us fully informed throughout and liaised with both sets solicitors efficiently. It was always easy to contact staff at Prospect and they were professional and reassuring from start to finish.

I recently sold my property in Maidenhead. I have to say that the solicitors (recommended by Prospect) were terrible; however the personnel at Prospect Estate Agents in Maidenhead compensated for this. Ryan Tucker (the Branch Manager), Tom, Grace and Dan were all extremely helpful and highly professional in their work. What impressed me the most was the fact that if I wanted to speak to someone then I was able to get through by telephone, or simply pop in to the office in the town for a few words. We recently bought our first home with the help of Prospect estate agents in Maidenhead. The team – Ryan, Betsy and Simondeep have been very professional and extremely helpful. As first-time buyers, we have had a great experience with Prospect Maidenhead so far in our purchase. We've primarily dealt with Simon, who conducted two viewings with us, the second of which he was kind enough to offer outside of business hours so that we could fit it around our work. This was massively appreciated! His great knowledge of the area also really helped us come to a decision to make an offer on the property we did, and we've consistently felt valued as customers without ever feeling pushed into rushing a decision. It's also always been really straightforward to get hold of Simon with any questions we've had, and on the couple of occasions we couldn't speak to him, another member of staff has always stepped in and been very helpful in getting us what we needed. Simon and the rest of the team have been really approachable and transparent throughout, and the level of service hasn't fallen even after having our offer accepted, when it could be very easy for a salesperson to say "job done" and move on. We've also been very pleased with the mortgage advisor recommended to us, and have proceeded with our application with minimal stress. Unable to comment on the recommended conveyancing service that we did choose to use as we've not had to have too much contact with them, but we haven't encountered any difficulties with them up until now.
