Terrible service. We were in a chain with Prospect estate agents. Paul and Beth lied to us the whole sales process about the length of the chain, right up to the day we thought we were going to exchange. After a lengthy 6 months, the sale has now fallen through. Worst estate agents I have dealt with over the years.
