Having changed from another agent to Prospect, there was always some uncertainty on the level of service we would received. Having gone through the process of finding new tenants, we can now say the service level has exceeded all expectations. Jordan, Liam and Katie has been excellent throughout. We came to Prospect after our property had been on the market with another estate agent for some time without success. Simon organised several viewings in the first two weeks and after three weeks we were able to accept an offer. Negotiations leading up to exchange of contracts were protracted (not Prospect's fault in any way) and Ryan, Simon and Betsy kept us fully informed throughout and liaised with both sets solicitors efficiently. It was always easy to contact staff at Prospect and they were professional and reassuring from start to finish.

I recently sold my property in Maidenhead. I have to say that the solicitors (recommended by Prospect) were terrible; however the personnel at Prospect Estate Agents in Maidenhead compensated for this. Ryan Tucker (the Branch Manager), Tom, Grace and Dan were all extremely helpful and highly professional in their work. What impressed me the most was the fact that if I wanted to speak to someone then I was able to get through by telephone, or simply pop in to the office in the town for a few words. Friendly and reassuring, nothing was ever too much trouble - Ryan, in particular, was simply brilliant. Highly recommended as far as I'm concerned.
