We came to Prospect after our property had been on the market with another estate agent for some time without success. Simon organised several viewings in the first two weeks and after three weeks we were able to accept an offer. Negotiations leading up to exchange of contracts were protracted (not Prospect's fault in any way) and Ryan, Simon and Betsy kept us fully informed throughout and liaised with both sets solicitors efficiently. It was always easy to contact staff at Prospect and they were professional and reassuring from start to finish.

I recently sold my property in Maidenhead. I have to say that the solicitors (recommended by Prospect) were terrible; however the personnel at Prospect Estate Agents in Maidenhead compensated for this.
