As first-time buyers, we have had a great experience with Prospect Maidenhead so far in our purchase. We've primarily dealt with Simon, who conducted two viewings with us, the second of which he was kind enough to offer outside of business hours so that we could fit it around our work. This was massively appreciated! His great knowledge of the area also really helped us come to a decision to make an offer on the property we did, and we've consistently felt valued as customers without ever feeling pushed into rushing a decision. It's also always been really straightforward to get hold of Simon with any questions we've had, and on the couple of occasions we couldn't speak to him, another member of staff has always stepped in and been very helpful in getting us what we needed. Simon and the rest of the team have been really approachable and transparent throughout, and the level of service hasn't fallen even after having our offer accepted, when it could be very easy for a salesperson to say "job done" and move on. Unable to comment on the recommended conveyancing service that we did choose to use as we've not had to have too much contact with them, but we haven't encountered any difficulties with them up until now.
