I've been letting my property through Prospect for some time and as they have always looked after it so well I decided to speak to them about potentially selling, despite them securing me a new tenant in what felt like a matter of minutes. I wasn't overly hopeful as the property needed some updating however I spoke to Ryan at the Maidenhead branch and agreed to let him have the property for 4 weeks to see if he could secure a sale, he in turn marketed the property and found a buyer within 2 weeks. Throughout the initial process Ryan was up front and told me what to expect, I didn't feel that he was pushing me into anything and communication was regular and very open. I would be happy to recommend Prospect for both letting and sales as I've always had nothing but great service from them.

Simply put they are the best. My mother died in June and as Executor I called on 3 Estate Agents to value her house. I was fortunate to have Ryan Tucker from Prospect Maidenhead visit. Despite Propects fees being slight higher than the other agents, I definitely made the right choice in choosing Prospect.
