I've been letting my property through Prospect for some time and as they have always looked after it so well I decided to speak to them about potentially selling, despite them securing me a new tenant in what felt like a matter of minutes. I wasn't overly hopeful as the property needed some updating however I spoke to Ryan at the Maidenhead branch and agreed to let him have the property for 4 weeks to see if he could secure a sale, he in turn marketed the property and found a buyer within 2 weeks. Throughout the initial process Ryan was up front and told me what to expect, I didn't feel that he was pushing me into anything and communication was regular and very open.
