Recently bought a property through Prospect dealing with Max. Was very good in helping to find the property. After a few viewings of other places, he understood what was being sought and was brilliant at making recommendations. The only downside to the purchase was a company called move with us being involved which I would avoid like the plague! Would highly recommend a purchase through prospect. Thanks to the team!

Maidenhead lettings have been very helpful throughout the whole process of evaluating and renting our property. Even helping us complete some repairs left over from our previous tenants. The team are always friendly and helpful. Angus was the main person I have had contact with and he has provided an excellent service in ensuring things ran smoothly.

Selling a house is not an easy process and we we’re really happy with the service’s and especially with Bernadette Martin who kept us updated throughout the process and any queries we had was dealt with straight away! Would definitely recommend.

A mixed experience. I would use again but mainly due to Tracy’s fantastic interpersonal skills and support during the purchasing process. I viewed multiple properties with different agencies and Prospect were by no means the ‘fore runner’ in regards to customer service. There was nothing wrong as such, although communication could have been better. However, once the offer was accepted, they were fab! Tracy was incredibly accommodating and answered any questions and responded to messages in a very timely manner, and for that reason, I would recommend!

Excellent communication & a professional service. High initial rental cost - I was charged £300 on referencing fees for example on what was not a very expensive lease. Overall 4/5.

A pretty average experience of trying to rent through Prospect. Didn't seem on the ball, their finance vetting third party couldn't cope with a retiree with savings/investments. OK I guess if you're a wage earner who fits their spreadsheet model. The lettings side of Prospect tried their best to overcome the hurdles .

My experience of using this company was really mixed. My estate agent changed part way through purchase, Bernadette ended up looking after my case and was knowledgeable and very responsive / proactive in communication. I was grateful to have her help with navigating the process. At times I would have benefitted from more information - things like getting a Buyers Survey was never flagged to me as something I should be doing, if anything I was deterred from completing one. As a result it happened really late in the process and it was helpful and would have been more beneficial had it been done earlier so I could have used the outcome to negotiate on costs. I took the keys after buying the property from one of the agents who met me outside, no one asked for my name, let alone checked my ID which seems like an oversite when giving out keys to a property.
