My experience at Paramount Properties was awful. The agency was horrible to me. I know of 2 other people rented from Paramount Properties and did them wrong! I lost my deposit and accused for damaging the property though I provided evidence from day one I entered the property. Please save your money and look somewhere else.

Hi Bilel, unfortunately we're questioning whether this is a legitimate review as it is very similar to one left a couple of days ago, which has been followed by a flood of 1-star reviews by people who have never been clients of ours, in some cases also referencing a friend. All deposits are protected, and in cases where there is damage to a property either the tenants and the landlord will come to an agreement or a third party adjudicator representing the deposit protection scheme will make an impartial decision based on evidence presented. Luckily we find that in the vast majority of cases our tenants take great care of their properties and things rarely reach this point. It is absolutely fine to have guests visit you at your property, however, it is not acceptable for a tenant to market a rented property on online platforms and accept payment for guest stays. Regarding keys, even though both our consultant and check-in clerk had no issue accessing your property, we still sent a locksmith to resolve your issue. We have been prompt responding to any issues that you have raised and have done our best to work with your availability. Hi Zaid, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your flat, however, Paramount Residential sold you the leasehold flat and were not the managing agents of the building. We understand that the freehold was sold a few months ago and that you were informed of the address and telephone number of the new freeholder; any issues with your flat should be directed to them.

This's the worst set of people to deal with on earth, renting a house to me without the heathers working which cause my son of one year old nose bleeding due to the cold, when I reported to the customer service they sent me a fan Heather , worsting my son and I illness. They are so unprofessional, if yoy want to get a property with them you will have to do everything, search the property, call them many times, then try to get an appointment to view the property and at the end 5min before the viewing will cancel it by text (not even a phone call)!

Unbelievable agency! They have been a terrible assistance to any problems that happened in my apartment that I have rented from them. Very unprofessional agency and very rude. Beware and stay away from this agency!!!

Posting this in desperation. The Paramount Properties tenants leave food debris in the shared front garden constantly. Attracts rats. I've asked Paramount to intervene several times. Be careful about getting Paramount tenants.

Not quite sure why you have posted this several times. Have you even tried to contact Paramount to resolve? I have always been very satisfied with all dealings with them. It might be worth contacting them rather than posting all over Facebook!
